All around me, people are getting sick. I’m managing (so far) to avoid it myself, even though my husband has a cold. We’ve got lots of water, probiotics, vitamin C, raw garlic and rest happening around here.
Last year, I got hit with a nasty cold. As soon as I noticed it creeping up on me, I made this tea and my cold was gone in a day or two, and I was feeling back to my normal self.

Peace, Love, and Wellness,
I am keeping this one in my back pocket for this winter:) Thanks!
Here’s one no will like: actual bedrest! I tried this one time, and healed quickly and felt better faster. Take some hours off and regenerate. I should actually take this advice from myself more often, lol.
Gina, this is a good one! It can feel so difficult to just *stop* and turn off and rest for a while, even when we feel awful but it’s so important!
