National Nutrition Month Tip #2

Michael Pollan’s advice is so simple, and so true.  Be adventurous today and try a new green – maybe for you that’s romaine lettuce, spinach, or something more obscure like dandelion leaves, or purslane.  Remember to have fun as you explore what’s out in the food waiting to be eaten!
