Coconut oil

We need healthy fats in our diet, and coconut oil has some incredible health benefits that make it a worthwhile addition to your diet.  It’s a great addition especially during the winter and in times of illness because if it’s support of the immune system.  It has many properties that help keep us healthy – it’s antibacterial, antimicrobial, antifungal and is an antioxidant as well.  A bonus reason for keeping it around in the winter – it’s a great moisturizer!
