National Nutrition Month Tips # 3 &4

Tip #3:

Keep your kitchen stocked with fresh fruit so you always have the option for a healthy snack.  Apples, pears, bananas and berries are all great to have around, and they make a great on the go snack as well.




Tip #4:

Another great go-to snack is nuts.  Keep a variety – almonds, cashews, walnuts, whatever you like.  They are a great source of protein and can be a great pick-me-up during the day.
