Ritual can feel like a loaded word. As many of us travel this path towards discovering our own spirituality, the words we perhaps grew up with that were associated with religious paths we may no longer travel on can get stuck in the throat.

My spiritual path has been guided by love, trust in myself, and in seeing the sacred in everything.

As we prepare to embark on this journey of Sacred Ritual Everyday, I invite you to give yourself permission to redefine these words as you need them to exist right now.
